Star Trek version 1by ~GeezerGonkess

To coincide with the release of the official trailer. Even for a non-trekkie there's a lot to look forward to!

Based on as much reference as I could find, I went for that clean, lineless retro style. Colour fill's a lot quicker with the lasso tool.
Chekov seems a bit obscured there, that's 'coz I didn't know what to do with his upper body as it fades to a point.
Plus, I believe Mr Spock has had a Vulcan tan.
Maybe next year I'll make another version, once my tablet obeys me.

That is great! You didn't capture an exact likeness but more of keen defining characteristics that make them recognizable and I really like that!
